Welcome to Day 2 of our Style Days of Christmas Giveaways! Today’s prize is a $50 gift card from Danier Leather. It’s 11-11-11, and as promised, our Style Days of Christmas Giveaways begin!!! Are you feeling lucky? Well, you should! The giveaways are really a way to say THANK YOU to my lovely readers for supporting this little bloggity blog, for following, liking, reading, commenting, emailing…for all of it – THANK YOU! Style Blog wouldn’t be the same without you.
So, as the holiday season is nearly upon us, we will be giving away 1 fun prize per day from our favorite brands and retailers (well, except for Saturdays and Sundays) for 12 days, as a way to say thanks for your support! One of a Kind Christmas Show 2011 is coming to town at the end of the month, and I seriously cannot wait to check out my favorite artisans, and to discover some new ones. Last month, the gorgeous ladies of Gap Canada held their Holiday 2011 preview. There were actual Christmas trees up in there! In July.
And while the weather outside was balmy, at the preview we were surrounded by Old Navy sweaters-galore, pretty holiday dresses and lots of gorgeous bling from Banana Republic, and the cutest boots ever from Gap. And though there were so many pieces to covet and ooh-aahh over, the items that caught my eye (and attention) for most of the preview, were Christmas-inspired headpieces and paddle-balls from Old Navy. Those things could keep me entertained for hours. HOURS, I tell you.
But if unlike me, you aren’t interested in cheap thrills, you’ll be happy to know that holiday season will be bringing many…oh-so-many lovely pieces (other than cute Santa paddle balls). I don’t know about you, but I’m putting Banana Republic, Gap, and Old Navy gift cards on my Christmas wishlist…right now. Don’t be ridiculous, it is never too soon to start a Christmas wishlist!

Are you seeing what I’m seeing? These amazing photos of Aldo’s Holiday 2011 Ad Campaign are giving me the “I need it now” shakes. The glittery heels that Lily Donaldson is rocking below? Ah-mazing. And those Miu-Miu-esque star pumps above have me starry eyed, and getting my wallet ready for some damage.
What do you think about this new campaign, featuring model/actress Lily Donaldson and Criminal Minds’ cutie Matthew Gray Gubler? Personally…I love. Can’t wait till they are available!
PS. Aldo just confirmed that these shoes will be in stores sometime in October. Only 3 months to go!
