Happy Friday, everyone! This week’s Friday Faux Pas is as always up for debate. Now I don’t dislike all of Alexander Wang’s Fall 2010 footwear (adore the Freja style), but I do have a particular not-so-soft spot reserved for his Addison and Constance booties. What in the clown hell is that? Too high, not very flattering, and, well, in my opinion, very ugly! What say you? Are these boots made for walking or for the discount bin?

As it appears, messy hair, fuzzy and jersey sweaters, simple make-up, and Vogue meets PE class styling makes for an awesome “inspiration shoot”. Next time I roll out of bed and go to work without brushing my hair, I’ll be blaming Alexander Wang and his bevy of beauties.

I’ve been all about the dark tones lately, stocking up on my fall wardrobe items in different shades of grey and black (does black even have shades?). Anyway, first there was Emma Roberts at Teen Choice Awards, rocking the sh*t out of that white Monique Lhuillier sheath, and now there’s Rachel McAdams. Love Rachel McAdams! Not because she’s a fellow Canadian, but for reasons much more superficial…she’s so freaking gorgeous! And that, no doubt, means that she must be super nice as well, right?
Rachel showed up to the NYC premiere of Time Traveler’s Wife in this stunning white (Pucci?) dress. The plunging neckline is very bold, and even though she’s not really that good at posing (ever), the dress really stands out. Love the draping and the long sleeves (keeps it from looking too revealing). Doesn’t this kinda remind you of last year’s Alexander Wang dress? I want! It would be understatedly sexy for someone with no cleavage! Amazing for showing off the legs! I think I need more white in my wardrobe.
