When I first heard about the Canadian brand Nella Bella, I immediately thought of…myself. “How vain of you, Nelly!” – you might be thinking. But if you knew that my nickname for many years (throughout my senior year of high-school, university days, and even now) was Nelly Belly, you’d see my point.

The lovely Tarek (Creative Director and Head Designer) of Nella Bella gave me one of their bags as a wedding present, and I’ve been breaking it in ever since. And as someone who loves her real leather bags, it was pretty hard to tell that Nella Bella’s purses were vegan! The Nu Ocean material my purse was made of is soft, textured, and feels very leather-like. I also love the color and shape of my Augusta bag, and the fact that it fits all of my essentials.
