H&M Women Fall 2012 Lookbook

H&M-Fall-2012-Lookbook

As you all know already, I am a major H&M fangirl. Well, imagine my excitement at today’s Fall 2012 preview…and then multiply it by 1000, only then will you get my state of mind today while checking out fall arrivals. And though I still have to upload the photos I took today, I hope these lookbook images will tide you over until then.

I mean, there’s so much amazingness…that it almost makes me wish for fall. Actually, no…I take it back. It doesn’t make me wish for fall…it makes me wish that all of these pieces were available right NOW, so I could get my greedy paws on them. Like that bejeweled harness thingamajig, the leather peplum belt, every piece of jewelry in this lookbook, and so much more!

What do you think of H&M’s Fall 2012 lookbook? You like? Share in the comments.

H&M Fashion Against AIDS 2012 Lookbook

hm-fashion-against-aids-lookbook-2-2012

In less than a week (on April 26th), H&M’s Fashion Against AIDS 2012 collection will hit the stores, and I seriously can’t wait. Full of colorful tribal prints and fun accessories, with a portion of proceeds going towards a very important cause, this collection should be on everyone’s summer must-buy list.

“Safe sex is a message that each new generation needs to hear, which is why H&M is launching its fifth Fashion Against AIDS (FAA) collection, to raise funds and create awareness about HIV/AIDS among the young.”

Do you like this year’s (fifth!) FAA collection? Which pieces are on your wishlist? Share in the comments.

Jacob Spring 2012 Lookbook

jacob-spring-2012-lookbook-6

Making a mental note to stop by the nearest Jacob store to check out their spring arrivals, because from what I’ve seen so far – I like! Seriously, how gorgeous is that floral dress (above)?! Just imagine how fresh you’ll look at the office this spring…I’m imagining that right now. And that black and white Chanel-esque cuff? Need it!

If like me, you have been to Jacob in a while, I think it’s time to pay them a visit. Dibs on all the pretty dresses!

Zara TRF April 2012 Lookbook

zara-trf-april2012-01

I’ve been really impressed with Zara lately. Even their younger line TRF (Trafaluc) is knocking it out of the park! When I saw that leather jacket above, it was love at first sight. I was due for a leather jacket upgrade, so I snatched it up and have been obsessed with it ever since. True story.

Now that the TRF April 2012 lookbook is out, I am also loving the mint-colored jacket, fringed white sweater, as well as that army jacket with leather sleeves. I mean if you live in Toronto, you can never have too many jackets…am I right, or am I right?

What do you think of Zara’s TRF April 2012 Lookbook? Any pieces that you simply must have? Share in the comments.

Alberta Ferretti for Macy’s Impulse Lookbook

Alberta-Ferretti-Macys-Impulse-Collection-Pictures

When I stumbled upon these lookbook photos from Alberta Ferretti’s collaboration with Macy’s Impulse…I pretty much squeeled with excitement. Set in Positano, Italy…these photos are the essence of what I hope my wedding getaway will feel (and look) like. I’d like to imagine that this entire lookbook was shot with my honeymoon in mind!

Everything in the Alberta Ferretti x Macy’s Impulse collection is priced between $49 and $119, and will be sold at 185 Macy’s locations across the US starting April 17.

With that said…me thinks a trip to Buffalo is in order. Who’s with me?

Club Monaco Spring 2012 Lookbook…and Online Shopping!

club-monaco-spring-2012-lookbook-9

I’m really digging the look of these photos from Club Monaco’s Spring 2012 lookbook. Love the vintage, dreamy feel of the shots, and the clothes…well, the cute clothes certainly don’t hurt either!

And if you were always hoping to shop Club Monaco’s selection (and this lookbook) online, now you will actually be able to! Starting March 26th (in the US), and April 11th (in Canada), Club Monaco’s e-commerce site will finally launch!

For the first time ever, the company will offer:

- Comprehensive online shopping access to a full assortment of the brand’s clothing, accessories and lifestyle products

- A selection of web exclusive product for both men and women

- Interesting new editorial content

- Free shipping & returns with launch (for orders in U.S. and Canada — until 4/30/12)

And if you are a Facebook fan, then you can start shopping Club Monaco online even sooner – on March 23rd (in the US), and April 10th (in Canada).

Are you as excited as I am? Share in the comments!

UPDATE: Canadian e-commerce site will launch on April 17th due to a delay.

Mary Katrantzou for Topshop Lookbook!

Today was supposed to be a lazy sick day in bed for me…I wasn’t going to blog, go online, or do anything at all…except for sleeping, and watching TV, of course. Well…I broke my “go online” rule…and found out that Mary Katrantzou for Topshop collection lookbook is now available! And, of course, who could resist?

Not sure about you, but I have serious envy right now for all those Brits that will be able to shop this collab. At this point, I doubt we’ll be seeing these pieces at Topshop stores in Canada, but one can always dream, right? Love all the floral pieces, love the styling, and love the price points (GBP 40 to GBP 350). Now the question is…how inflated those prices will be on eBay? Another prediction – VERY inflated. Le sigh.

What do you think of this collaboration? Are you going to line up on February 17th, when the collection finally hits the stores? If you are…pick me up a piece or 10, will you?

UPDATE: Well, guess what?! The Mary Katrantzou for Topshop collection WILL be available at the Yorkdale Topshop location (at The Bay) sometime at the beginning of March! Stay tuned for more details. Dreams do come true!!!

Moon Apparel Spring 2012 Lookbook

As a Canadian blogger, I am always super excited when Canadian companies bring something fresh and exciting to the table. Obviously, bright colors for spring aren’t necessarily anything new…but I love this Moon Apparel Spring 2012 lookbook nonetheless. With the punchy pops of color, lace frocks and tops, and seriously wearable separates – I will definitely be stalking my neighborhood Bay store trying to pick up these pieces before they are all gone.

What do you think of Moon’s spring offerings? Are you mooning over them yet? (sorry, had to go there). Share in the comments.

Zara Spring 2012 Lookbook

What do you think of this Spring 2012 Zara Lookbook, featuring Saskia de Brauw? At first, I thought it was pretty blah (save for those kick-ass shorts)…without much color, energy, or anything whatsoever that would make me go ZARASPRINGOMGYES! Upon closer inspection, I must admit that I have completely changed my mind. I am actually loving these soft, subtle pieces…like the cream bouclé trench coat. Isn’t it just perfect? Chic, and simple, and yes, I know that I already typed that…perfect. And just because the picture was all-white, I almost dismissed it altogether. Tsk, tsk…must pay closer attention next time.

Other pieces on my honeymoon-must-buy list are the aforementioned shorts (am all over that print), and possibly the sheer panel pants (depending on how sheer they are). What about you? Have you give this lookbook another look? Or do you still find it blah and boring? Share in the comments.

Sandro Paris Spring 2012 Lookbook

I don’t know about you, but I am done with winter. D.O.N.E. Even though we’ve had it pretty good this year, I still can’t stand the cold, the slush, and the bundling up. So today, I’d rather daydream of sunny days, floral prints, and pops of color all over, courtesy of Sandro Paris’ Spring 2012 Lookbook!

There are so many Sandro pieces that I would love to add to my wardrobe this spring: leather jackets (especially the one in red/orange), blue tailored cropped trousers for work, a yellow dress for my honeymoon, and those awesome floral shorts for warm summer nights out.

What do you think of Sandro’s Spring 2012 wares? Did anything catch your eye? Share in the comments.

OBJECT by George Antonopoulos for Danier Spring 2012 Lookbook

Remember when I was all like ”George Antonopoulos is a creative genius, and I want to have his babies!!!”? No? I guess that was all in my head, then. But seriously, you guys. Spring 2012 lookbook for George’s OBJECT for Danier Leather Collection landed in my inbox today, and I simply cannot contain my excitement! As expected, it’s gorgeous! Having seen most of the pieces at last year’s preview, I am still awed by the collection, modeled by the Canadian stunner Tara Gill. The beautiful cuts, vivid hues, and perfect styling – all combined, make for a pretty lethal combo – making my wallet weep with anticipation of what’s to come (complete and total credit card annihilation).

So far I’m calling dibs on blue leather pants, pink leather skirt, brown leather shorts, grey suede tank, and yellow (or pink) suede dress. What about you guys? Does this lookbook make you more excited about the upcoming spring season? Are you dying to get your paws on some of the pieces from George’s second collection with Danier? Share the excitement in the comments!

H&M Spring 2012 Lookbook

Flurries forecasted for Wednesday! So enjoy some bright colors, and fun spring outfits before all snow breaks loose! Don’t you just love this H&M Spring 2012 lookbook? Punchy citrussy hues, white leather, and colorful suede, is all I want to think about…and wear, all winter long. Too bad these won’t hit the stores until a couple of months from now. Zara Woman November 2011 Lookbook

I haven’t done a Zara lookbook post in a while…mostly because I haven’t seen one that made me go “Whoa!” in a while…like this one. Absolutely in love with all the printed pants, tops, and skirts…and even more in love with the styling of the entire lookbook. Prints on prints? Dressy plaid? Feathers, snakeskin, tie-dye, and moto-boots? Yes, yes, and yes, please!

Do you like Zara’s November 2011 lookbook? Or is it too man-repellant for you? Share in the comments.

Shopping: All Saints Menswear

Is this what March supposed to feel like? Wet, and rainy, and blah? If so, I’d like to unsubscribe, please. With the weather (sort of) warming up, le boyfriend is looking for a nice spring jacket, without much luck. Nothing is popping enough for him to really like it, and it’s slowly driving me crazy. So when I recently stumbled upon All Saints, I was thanking every saint in the book.

First of all, the site has gorgeous womenswear, which was the first thing I was drawn too (naturally). But when I prodded further, I discovered that their menswear selection is pretty fantastic as well! Finally, some mens jackets with style and substance. Check out their lookbook, featuring some of my fave styles so far. Both the quilted, and the leather jackets are my frontrunners, and it seems that even le boyfriend’s interest is piqued. Fingers crossed.

Have you ever bought anything from All Saints before? Let us know about your experience in the comments!
