I don’t know if I should be embarrassed by this or not, but I watched Divergent…and I liked it. Having read the books a while back, my expectations for the movie were pretty low. While the first book was good, the rest of the trilogy left me pretty cold, but after watching the movie, it really doesn’t matter, because I’ll still be tuning in for the next two (or three) Divergent movies, mostly because…Theo James.
Four was not my favourite character, but after seeing Theo as Four, I am sold. Theo is super hot, yes, but you can just tell that underneath the brawn, there’s a sense of humour there…and depth too. Also, I just started watching Downton Abbey, and was really excited to see him pop up in the series too…alas for a very brief, but memorable stint.
So there you have it…my new Brit obsession – Theo James. Are you as into him as I am? Share in the comments, and happy Wednesday!

Yup, I’m well aware that it’s technically Thursday already, but I simply don’t want to wait until next Wednesday to post this steamy August 2012 W Magazine cover, showing Charlize “Lucky Bitch” Theron embraced by Michael Fassbender. Super hot, non? Now excuse me, while I Photoshop my face on top of Charlize’s body…

I’ve been meaning to post these photos sometime before my big trip, but things got in the way, and well…here we are today. Hope you enjoy this GQ editorial spread, featuring my most recent man-crush – Michael (Fassy) Fassbender. The photos are pretty steamy…and he looks so good, that I hope this will somehow cure my lingering cold.
Happy Wednesday Candy, lovelies!

I know that lately I’ve been all about The Fassbender, but once upon a time, my celeb affections were all Ewan’s…ok, not all, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Ewan McGregor, and his steeze. If I take off the lust-glasses, I have to admit (begrudgingly) that Fassy’s style has not really evolved to movie star caliber…just yet. His red carpet outings (sartorially speaking) are usually pretty underwhelming, though his sexy smile more than makes up for it.
Ewan, on the other hand, has Fassy beat in style department. Whatever Ewan ends up wearing is always decidedly…well, Ewan. And I love him more for it. This time he gave us leather patches, well-fitting pants, beat-up boots, and that signature smile. I don’t mind if I do. Fassy, hope you’re paying attention.

Dear Miuccia, well-played! Normally, I don’t blog about Men’s RTW shows…but in this case, I simply had to make an exception! Because…Gary Effing Oldman…Willem Dafoe…need I say more? Actually, Willem Dafoe and Jamie Bell look like they’ve been doing this sort of thing forever. With Dafoe looking extra (for the lack of a better word) FIERCE! He totally looks like an aging ex-super-male-model. Non?
Tim Roth, Adrien Brody, and Emile Hirsch also strutted their stuff at Prada’s Fall 2012 Men’s RTW show, rocking double-breasted coats, turtlenecks, and in Roth’s case – a big smile. How un-modelly of him. And though I loved most of these leading men’s struts, one of these “models” left me cold. Emile Hirsch looked completely out-of-place on the runway – not doing justice to the amazing clothes that wore him. Oh well, 5 out of 6 is not too bad…not at all. Also…I want/need/gotta get my paws on that amazing coat that Adrien is wearing. It’s amazing. AMAZING. Seriously, I love it so much! For me.
So what do you think about these very famous and very talented actors walking the walk at Prada? Did you have a favorite? Share in the comments.

Happy Hump Day, everyone! This week’s Wednesday Candy is my latest celeb crush, and “the man on fire” - Michael Fassbender. I don’t know about you, but I could stare and stare at this cover for hours. And I actually have. He’s just so…hot. I have to admit that I have quite an…unhealthy…obsession with Fassy. Over the Christmas break, I’ve watched him in Shame, Jane Eyre, Fish Tank, Angel, Centurion…and a little bit of Hunger. Having watched all those films, I am still on a Fass-bender, and this weekend, I’ll probably drag someone to see A Dangerous Method to fuel my obsession.
Anyone else out there with a Fassy problem? Let’s commiserate in the comments.

Umm…so, yeah…it’s not Wednesday. But on the blog, it is, if I say so. So here are some pics of the super stylish (and sexy) Wednesday Candy – Ryan Gosling, wearing the shit out of his olive-colored suit, making Clooney look like a giddy school girl next to him.
Why today? Because it’s a crappy rainy day, and I need a pick-me-up. Because Ryan sightings make the day
a little a lot better. Because every day is Ryan day. And last, but not least…why the hell not? You’re welcome.

Haven’t done Wednesday Candy in a while, so here’s some hump-day-hotness, courtesy of Clive Owen and Bulgari. Saw these photos at Yorkdale’s Bay the other day…and they made me stop in my tracks. Clive is the face (and bod) of Bulgari’s new fragrance for men, called Man. Good name, no? Simple and to the point. And if not Clive Owen, then who? He oozes manliness…and he’s incredibly hot attractive. Happy Wednesday, lovelies!

No, I don’t find Ken attractive. But this Esquire UK editorial, featuring Barbie’s long-time boyfriend definitely put a smile on my face! He totally killed it (in a good way) in Toy Story 3. Every time he appeared on-screen, the audience collapsed in a fit of giggles. So I am very happy that Ken is finally getting his time in the spotlight.
Wearing clothes from Prada, Burberry Prorsum, Paul Smith, and Gucci, Ken’s makeover sure works for me. But his posing, well, let’s just say that he should stop taking modeling tips from Renée Zellweger and Vicky Beckham, if he wants to pull off looking less plastic.
