Last month, Kim (The Souls of My Shoes), Sharon (The Backseat Stylers) and I set out on a Stylish Road Trip to Troy, Michigan to shop, eat, and…shop some more! Having never been to Troy, both Kim and I were very excited to discover this new shopping destination (Somerset Collection Mall!!!), recommended by Sharon – only 4 quick hours away from Toronto. And to make our shopping expedition even smoother, the cool folks over at Ford Canada lent us a colorful Ford Focus Titanium! Our smooth and gas efficient ride was packed with cool extras like MyFord Touch™ - in-car technology powered by SYNC® and featuring a gorgeous 8-inch touch-screen display and instrument cluster screens for complete control. We took full advantage of the navigation system, relying on it to find not only our hotel, but our shopping and eating destinations too! There was no getting lost on this trip with our souped-up Ford Focus.
Wearing our matching Lacoste sneakers, the girls and I made it to Troy, in no time, snacking on chocolates, cookies, and chips, while singing Call Me Maybe at the top of our lungs. And it was just the beginning!
