While le bf and I were away getting married, the new Juicy Couture boutique opened at the Toronto Eaton Centre. As someone who was never a fan of their velour tracksuits, I wasn’t particularly heartbroken over having missed the preview…until I actually stopped by the store upon my return.
Did you know that Juicy Couture carries so much more than pink track suits and cutesy jewelry? I was shocked to discover that I wanted to buy pretty much everything in their new, shiny, and well-stocked Toronto Eaton Centre boutique! I only bought the adorable yellow dress above…because I am a responsible adult, but I will be sure to keep my eye on the store’s new arrivals…like a hawk.
So the question is…am I the last to know about Juicy Couture’s awesomeness, or are you also stuck thinking about their not-so-haute days? Share in the comments!

What a pretty dress! I hope there are still some left.
This post was so necessary! I was shocked to see how cute their summer dresses are when I went to the States. I thought it was only pink tracksuits too… Xo

Funny, how life interferes with our obsessions…*smirk* Best wishes and tons of fun on your bf-turned-hb!
I just realized that J.C. was “live-and-viable”, fashion-wise, when I opened the “1,001 Fashion Ideas” issue of Glamour (Sept. 2012 – it helps to live in NYC…) and saw their amazing crazy pants that were featured in their Fall 2012 show. (Before that, I’d been skoffing at crazy pants…well, I hadn’t seen your blog yet!) I called both the online store and the 5th Avenue store, though, and they haven’t got them yet. We have to wait for the end of August! *groan*
P.S. I like the dress, but I LOVE the bracelet. (I asked for the “parrot bracelet”, but was informed by the online salesman James – in Texas – that they’re cockatoos. Gee, us clueless NYers…) Sadly, they’re from the spring and are sold out. :’(
That’s a bummber, Suze! I saw a few animal bangles in Michigan recently, so if your heart is set on one, perhaps try calling the Somerset Collection Juicy? Good luck!
