Actresses love them, supermodels rock them, hipsters can’t get enough of them…Lots of people I know have Doc stories of their own, and some have even kept their very first pair for years and years – after all, they are guaranteed for life!
My Dr. Martens shoe of choice has always been the classic 1460 in black. Wearing them, instantly gives me a spring in my step – mostly because of the cushy rubber soles, but also because of the air of badassery that they exude. Though, looking at the Spring 2011 lookbook, I’m seriously reconsidering my commitment to black. There’s floral Docs, and animal print Docs, and pastel-colored Docs, and armor Docs…oh my!

Love the pastels and animal prints. They’re such great walking shoes and look fab. I do need some of these to get around town.

I didn’t think I’d like the 1461 3-eye Shoe in Grey Silver Armor Lamper UNTIL I saw the picture of it close up and now I LOVE them! The Pink Smooth TG ones are also great. And I just fell in love with the Grey Tapestry pair… hehe
I personally like the 1461 3-eye shoe! I really like the pastel pinks and blues. And I also really like the floral prints! I think since the shoe itself is so masculine, the floral print gives it a feminine vibe.
