I’ve professed my undying love for all things striped many times before, and seeing Rachel Bilson rocking a striped tee under a boyfriend blazer just warms my heart. Love everything about her outfit. And her hair is smashing too! Classy and stylish…such a rare combination in Hollywood nowadays.
