I, too, have been looking for a “perfect” one at a decent price and finally have found it at…Forever 21! If you haven’t checked out their jewelry selection as of late, you might just be surprised as their necklaces and earrings are looking more grown up and bold this season. And for prices ranging from $10 to $25 – me likey!
